Extradition is the procedure that enables different governments to bring back the fugitives to trial or justice. This could lead to serious political tensions among various countries and states despite the treaties signed between them. It is a process that aids the governments to bring back the criminals who illegally fled the country and have avoided a fair trial. Under this countries sign the extradition treaties which don’t guarantee the process to remain peaceful. Furthermore, the legal case doesn’t need to proceed flawlessly and things will work harmoniously. These lawyers are called the Extradition Lawyers or Extradition Advocates.

Under Extradition Law UAE
Under the extradition law, UAE can request the other states or countries that requested to return an individual for the trial. This is normally done for a crime that is punishable by the law. The state or country is requested to send back the individual taking refuge in the other state or the country.
A Formal Procedure takes place under extradition law. Under the process, one country or state surrenders the individual to the other for punishment or prosecution for the crimes committed by them. The prosecution has adhered to the country’s jurisdictions.
In UAE there is a federal law issued back in 2006 which has explained the Extradition Law. In 2012, further reifications took place. In 2012 there was an extradition treaty that facilitated the prisoners of the India and Gulf States to exchange more smoothly.
The Extradition Treaty
The extradition treaty is the contract between the two countries to take dual criminality. The treaties define when extraditions are accepted or denied. Under extradition law, the punishments are given to the foreign nationals who are indulged in criminal activities. Therefore they are wanted and thus, extradition laws are adhered to put them on trial or behind the bars.
