Financial Disputes and Lawyers:
Financial Disputes are part of the Business and Business Disputes. Financial Disputes can be of different types e.g. Unpaid Amounts, Unpaid Profits, Unpaid Service Fee, Unpaid Investments, Bounced Cheques, Forgery, Scams etc. Like other Employment, Property, and Criminal Disputes, these disputes or matters also need experts called Lawyers or Attorneys. Such Lawyers usually have to deal with Civil and Commercial Cases because all such financial disputes are mostly covered and resolved in Civil Courts, where Civil Law UAE is applicable to these disputes.
Court Of Rules:
There are three Courts of Rule in Civil Matters as well. The 1st Court, 2nd Court of Appeal and 3rd is called Cassation. What we want to say is that pattern is quite matched with other Legal Matters, but the law which is applied is called Civil Law. That is the reason such Lawyers and Legal Consultants are called Civil Lawyers. Well as far as people are concerned then they may give any name to lawyers, it does not matter indeed for them. But the law defines them as experts of Civil & Commercial Law and calls them Civil Lawyers. Once again Emirati Law Firms are the best option to hire lawyers experts in Civil Law. Financial Disputes, which are settled in Civil or Commercial Courts, are not the only one, Compensation Cases are also filed to get compensation.
If there is any Medical Malpractice, or if someone files a wrong case against you, or if someone puts you in a wrong criminal matter, or you had to bear a financial or reputation loss because of someone, then the law says it is also a serious matter to be considered. Violence or other simple and straight financial crimes do not come under disputes only. You went to a Dentist and he fully destroyed your teeth and gums then what would you do? You will keep silent and bear it? Luckily you are provided with a legal option and you can lodge a police report and you can also drag the doctor and clinic to court for compensation.
This is your right and nobody can deprive you of this. Compensation Amount can be decided by Lawyer or it can be decided by the Judge as well. But the compensation amount should be kept on a reasonable level so the court could entertain it by considering a legitimate quantity. We do give you an example to understand this point. Let’s say you have a shop for Sports Goods. You exported goods to a City where the goods were not collected by your buyer, nor the payment was made. You also had to bear all the expenses to carry the goods to the port for additional days, or you could not do business ahead because your amount got stuck because of non-payment. You can claim this amount in any condition imposed against your will and it causes a loss If the delay was made intentionally by the buyer. If this delay had cost you some amount XYZ then the buyer had to compensate you with the amount along with the amount of the goods. Let’s assume you had been paid later but this additional cost put a burden on you and reduced the profit. The buyer is still responsible to compensate you for this. Law in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the entire UAE protect the Businessman, Business, Employers and Employees. You are fully protected while living, and working in the UAE.
