    When you are working in any organization then you might have to deal with a number of things and one of those things is an abusive boss. He or she may be annoying and most of the time make you uncomfortable at work. This can cause many dilemmas for the employees’ and he or they may find themselves stuck in the decision of whether to quit this job or to stay. If any employee thinks that his or her boss is crossing all limits and crossing the legal rights line then the employee may need a labour and employment lawyer. Even though an employee prefers to leave the company then still should ask the lawyer that how to resign from the company. Employers might also file the wrong case against you. So it’s a good option to check with Labour and Employment Lawyers, this regard. An abusive behaviour of a boss can be described as follows;

    • All-time make critical remarks into your face and insult you.
    • Your employer is insulting you in front of people.
    • Your employer is discriminating you at work place.
    • Your employer is bullying at you.
    • Sabotage your image, your progress and don’t give salaries to you on right time.
    • A Freak Controls you with so much work and gives you inhuman and unreachable targets. Don’t give you the tasks which are humanly possible. 

    With all these things you still want to make out and want to work at that organization then you must go for possible solutions. For example, take time with your boss and meet him to discuss all issues that you are facing because of him or her. If not that, then discuss it with your HR department. Still, if you can’t find the solution then go for higher authority and if still, you don’t have any solution and no one is trying to help you then go for labour and employment advocates. Usually “HR Department” will not listen to you if the complaint is against the Employer. But if this is being done by some senior managers then they will definitely listen to you. However, UAE Labour Law keeps the door opened, for all such employees if they have to lodge complaints.

    Discuss in detail with your lawyer about the situations and then he or she will help you to decide whether to go for legal proceedings or not, is your case strong enough? Do you have all the proof? Etc. To increase your winning chances then document each and every abusive behaviour of your boss so that in court it becomes your proof. But, if you, unfortunately, were not able to document any evidence then the chances of your winning the case is very low. The best possible solution for this is to look for another job and notify the HR department about your resignation.
